This was such a cute and fun piece that being a colorist I couldn’t resist.

Notes:
It reminded me of the illustrations in storybooks from when I was a child so I chose a very simple flat color technique; the philosophy being to place the skill set within reach of the child reader and to hopefully foster and encourage exploration in the visual arts and additionally it allowed the illustrations to be done on the cheap as children’s books/readers where not viewed an greatly profitable.
In my eagerness to color this I overlooked the fact that he was supposed to be an Appaloosa centaur. * head desk *
